Squeezing breasts could prevent cancer!

Breast cancer is very prevalent in the western world. And, for many women, it is often a topic of anxiety and uncertainty. After a friend's death earlier this year from this awful illness, I'm now on high alert and very conscious of changes in my body. From all I have read and heard about breast cancer, it doesn't have to be deadly. Early detection is key. Once caught early on, the disease can be controlled or even completely eradicated. I encourage all women to get routine exams and to conduct monthly self exams to ween out any changes. I came across an article today that also brings hope for the fight against breast cancer.
